Alegris is a boutique. The people who win the work are the people who do the work.

Mike Barrera
Mike spent fifteen years building and scaling Radixx International, the leading low-cost-carrier PSS, through private-equity investment and a $110M acquisition by Sabre. He then spent four years inside Sabre as VP of Product Management, running a $125M+ revenue portfolio across NDC, eCommerce, Loyalty, Data Intelligence, and the Radixx PSS suite, with 600+ developers in his organization.
He conceived and launched Sabre Mosaic Airline Concierge, the company's first production agentic AI for airlines. He has sat on the airline side of a PSS RFP, the vendor side of selling, and the product side of building, including the AI rebuild.
His areas of practice: PSS and OMS selection, AI strategy under budget constraints, Radixx architecture, and the product operating model.
